Inland Society's Koi Person of the Year is an honor given in recognition of someone who has made a significant contribution to koi keeping or to their club during the past year. Each year IKS members vote to recognize a fellow member who has “gone the extra mile” towards the success and vitality of the Inland Koi Society. The elected member receives $250 to be used towards the cost of attending the AKCA Seminar and a personalized plaque commemorating the honor. In addition, their picture is featured in Koi USA Magazine. The Person of the Year Award is a genuine thank you from lKS Members.
